A baby with a head injury was left in pain and wrapped in duct tape overnight while his parents "tweaked" on meth, investigators with the Bay County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.The 2-year-old was being flown to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola on Wednesday night while investigators interviewed the parents, John Paul Huskey and Jessica Huskey, both of 5616B Beech Drive.
