He may just miss the days of being on the farm and his friend "Daisy".. she would just tell him to 'moo-ve over'..

He might have been obeying the do unto others rule..... he likes piss on his steak and thinks others might like it too.
I guess he had heard that a good steak rub was essential and misunderstood the meaning.
